Professional Summary

A motivated IT professional with a passion for technology and three years of hands-on IT technical support experience, I recently completed a Master's in Cybersecurity (to be awarded in September 2025).
Since 2018, I have expanded my expertise by relocating to France to enhance my skills, learn French, start a small laptop refurbishment business, and pursue advanced studies in Cyber Security.
Other than continuously enhancing my knowledge in AWS, Azure and other technologies, I am eager to embrace new challenges while contributing to your success with my diverse experience and commitment to excellence.


Work Experience

    IT Network Engineer Freelancer in Yutz, France at Chase IT Global (UK) September 2024 - Currently
      Troubleshoot and resolve clients' IT issues both on-site and remotely. Whereby I:
      • Resolve clients' IT issues (hardware, software and network), both on-site and remotely.
      • Perform troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
      • Provide L1 and L2 IT technical support.
      • Handle installations, maintenance, and upgrades of software and hardware.
    IT Technical Support at Touchdown Systems Ltd (Nairobi, Kenya) (November 2016 - August 2018)

      • Resolved clients' IT issues (hardware, software and network), both on-site and remotely (remote viewing (using AnyDesk, teamviewer, etc), PowerShell scripting, etc).
